I was tasked with taking over both SEO strategy and account management for a large telehealth software client with low customer satisfaction (NPS) scores and stagnant organic growth.
By refocusing strategy around high-volume search intent (based on extensive keyword research), low-competition content opportunities, and conversion improvements, the campaign quickly regained momentum and delivered measurable business results within the first 3 months of account takeover.
